Bugs on your Plate!


The crew over here at School of Green is very excited about the future including bugs on your plate. We are so excited about it that we are adding "Bugs on Your Plate" to our curriculum for the next School of Green 2017/2018 season! We will be showcasing all sorts of bug-centered food items like chips, protein bars, and even cookies! We will be cooking with cricket protein as well. 

To get ready for this workshop enjoy watching the amazing documentary "Bugs on the Menu". 

Take a look at this fabulous book called "The Eat-a-Bug Cookbook" by David George Gordon.
